The Black Rose
1.25 oz High West Campfire
0.75 oz Blackberry Syrup
1/2 rosemary sprig
juice from 1/2 a lemon
2 oz Prosecco
Pour all ingredients except Prosecco over ice in mixing glass.
Shake vigorously.
Strain over crushed ice in 15 oz glass
Top with Prosecco.
Garnish with blackberry, lemon wheel and rosemary sprig
Blackberry Syrup
On stovetop heat 1 cup of water, 1.5 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of blackberries
Bring to a simmer. Let cool.
